Synaptic Pediatric Therapies, LLC. is Hiring a Front Desk Administrator (Floater) Near Irving, TX

At Synaptic Pediatric Therapies, we specialize in speech and occupational therapy for toddlers, kids, and young adults. We are looking for candidates with family-oriented values, a vision to help kids and families, and the drive to grow in the field!

We are looking for a part-time Front Desk Administrator Floater to assist us with the overall scheduling and front office operations when needed. The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for working with children and building strong relationships with families. This role will cover multiple clinics in the South West Dallas/Fort Worth, TX metroplex.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Responding to all calls, emails, and walk-ins
  • Scheduling appointments for patients (new, reoccurring, or make-up)
  • Administration of caseloads for therapists
  • Complete intake of new patients
  • Tracking and scheduling reevaluations
  • Administration of patients’ files
  • Communication with insurance companies
  • Assist all patients/families
  • Other administrative duties as required

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a front office administrator
  • Experience in a doctor's office is preferred but not required
  • Must be compassionate and empathetic towards kids/family
  • Ability to greet and interact positively with children and all clients
  • Excellent communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
  • Experience with Google workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail

Schedule:

You must be available to work from 9 AM - 6:30 PM from Monday to Friday.

Pay Rate:

$16 - $18 per hour. Bi-weekly pay.

  • Pediatrics: 1 year (Required)
